Changing all the fluids

What should I use to replace all my fluids?? i.e. transmission, diff, etc...

what are the big differences...synthetic vs dyno

Synthetic 75W90
I use Redline, others have said Neo is better, but i haven't tried it.
Redline calls their fluid MT-90.

I like the Neo 75-90HD for both my tranny and rear end. A gallon if perfect to do both... as long as ya don't spill any!
