Changing 99 Spec Turnsignal Bulbs

Does anyone know what type of bulb is in the 99 spec turnsignal (rotaryextreme replica)?

What do i have to go through to switch the bulb...do i have to remove the entire bumper?

Thanks

Are you crazy man? Hahaha.

3 Screws ontop of the taillights in the trunk. Unscrew them and then slide the taillights to the side away from the car. The bulbs twist out of the lense and you can change them there.

Uhhh.....i think he's talkin about the 99 spec FRONT blinker lights, not the tail lights.

Anyways, i'm not exactly sure how to change the bulbs, sorry.

You can just switch the bulbs from underneath. If you have an undertray on, take that off, so you can get to the back of the turn signal.

And it's just a factory plug. You just have to turn it and pull the bulb out.

Or another way you can do it is to take off the wheels and the inner fender liner.

If you have a touring, the passenger side isn't too hard. The driver side is the bitch, since you have an oil cooler in the way. However, if you have an R1, then I'm not sure.

Here's a related but slightly different question about the 99 turn signals. I took them out and looked at the wiring and I have a white wire with black stripe and a solid green wire... which one is positive and which is negative? I dont have any sort of electrical multimeter to check either. Anyone know?
