Exclamation Changed plugs loss of power???

K I changed my plugs and oil at the same time and had a big loss of power on the bottom end. I've tried to change plugs several times since and cant get power back. I dynod the other day and only put down 226 rwhp at 12 psi, I wanted a tune, not a pull on the dyno but they don't have the harness for FD's with power fcs(only for 240s go figure). boost and air fuel ratios were good. I'm running power fc, intake, full exhaust, stock twins, stock intercooler, and an avc-r. So I should be hittin at least 280 rwhp at 12 psi. Where should I start 2 trouble shoot the problem??? And what could have gone wronge??? Thanx in advance 2 all those who put input.

Could be gapped wrong...or at the wrong heat range.

How old are your plug wires? If they've got a lot of mileage, there's a good chance that pulling and reinstalling the plug caps/wires damaged the core somehow.

i'm sort of in the same predicament. pretty much the same mods except that i have a single turbo. i couldn't figure out why i'm not getting the power i think i should. guess i'll check those plug wires.

Make sure that the correct plug wire is going to the correct plug.
Unless you hosed something else in the process.

I agree with the wires being the problem. Either bad wires, or connected wrong.

take a read on your knock values.. wrong plug cable can send your knock level very high....if so.... do necessary adjustment...

All the same with the wires comments, + be sure they are screwed in all the way. Sounds foolish, but I have seen it.

ditto or make sure you didnt put a vacuum line or something in the swap or the plug wire from the coil.
