Changed plugs car won't start. WTF!

I know this is simple. I hate posting this because I have done everything that I know to trouble shot.

Here it is:

Only changed plugs and car ran fine before changing them. Using NKG 9's, as I always have with no problem. When car turns over it sounds like only one rotor is firing. I have taken plugs out and put the old in just to see if that would do anything, and I get the same thing. Motor only has 2000 miles on it. New plug wires (connected correctly). I have touched nothing else and car ran fine yesterday.

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks

You either under or overtightened it.

I know this cause you said when you put the old plugs in, it did the same thing.

I put them in as I always have, just to snug. Going to double check though. Thanks for your post.

Also make sure the plug boots are "clicked" on the plugs.

Change the plug wires. Maybe you damaged the wire when removing it from the plug.

Checked the plug wires and they are not bent inside the boot or anything like that.

Plugs are showing sign of spark.

Damn rotary gremlins. I've let the car sit with the plugs out and in the sunlight after spinning the motor to get the fuel out. I think the fuel needed to evaporate and the may have been some carbon built up that didn't help.

Thaks for taking the time to help out with the suggestions.

Have you tried holding the pedal to the floor while it cranks over. This will clear it out if it is flooded.

I would do myself a favor and get a new set anyway. When was the last time you replaced the wires?

When I removed my plugs I accedentally knocked off my map sensor hose. When I fired it up idles with a huge lope to it. Sounds like it's running on rotor. Check to make sure it's on there tight.

Plug wires have only been on the car 2000 miles.

Map sensor sounds right. I hadn't checked it till you posted this, but I was all over that area and that sounds feasable. I'm going with this for now. I'm still a bit baffleled, but the car is running strong and it'sready for the weekend.

Thanks again everyone.

if its not the map sensor check the tiny ground wire that connects to the block right next to the spark plugs. I would then pull the egi fuse and crank the car over as per unflood procedure.

If your wires are on and you did nothing else it can pretty much be only flooded due to electrical prob. First time i changed my plugs i happend to do exactly what youve done.

Check the connectors to the coils. Mine fell apart in my hand last weekend, even being carefull. You may have broke a connection somewhere.
