Yes, I have that hood with a greddy SMIC, fits fine.

Though if you have a M2 intake, it's pretty tight fit (I have one) and it fits, it's just pretty dang tight.

I have a seibon scoot with a PFS SMIC with an M2 intake and it also fits just fine.

One thing to know before you purchase: The seibon "gills" and "duct" are less agressive than other scoot replica manufacturers, which for me was a good thing. It also comes with a mesh installed already.

I have the VIS version and it doesn't come close to hitting anything under the hood other than the hood support rod. On the VIS the center is raised slightly higher than stock. Just keep in mind they (Seibon or VIS) don't come with a center channel.

On the upside my engine temp is in check even in parking lot traffic. A major plus. The down side is that without the rain guards my battery gets soaked in the rain.

To me upside would be lower engine compartment temperature during Texas summer months. The downside would be the look kinda rice-out (maybe my brother wouldn't ask to borrow it no more LOL!).
