Question Center of taillight is on, why? (brakelight)

Hey guys,
For some reason my center stop light stays on now!!! It happens when I turn my lights on obviously. It occurred after I finished installing some pieces to finish the JDM look with my repaint. The 99 JDM Taillight conversion was fairly easy, mine had come with all new bulbs wiring etc. I decided to replace my old bulbs with the JDM ones (which I believe are the same wattage). My cousin helped me realize that the center light is on when it should be off. Also for some reason when I brake my 99 turn signal parking light gets brighter. Any suggestions?? Help please

Turns out the JDM bulbs has different wattage which may be causing this.

12v/27w/8w

12v21/5w

I dont know if this has anything to do with it...

Nevermind peoples, I fixed it. Extremely simple concept for future reference. 1156 for turn signal (12v27w), and the rest are 1157 (12v21/5w) if it’s in any other order the center taillight piece will turn on. It does so in order to let you know there is an improper balance of wattage in another words a bulb in wrong place...
