Center console armrest

Sorry, noob question. Searched, but I don't really know what to call this part.
I have the removable padded version, but what is this flat cover called and where can I get it? It looks like it is specifically made for a PFC - do they make a a version without holes?

Yep, stock ash tray. It can be taken apart easily, to provide a "window".

I personally think that's the silliest place to mount the commander. I like mine where I can see it without completely taking my eyes off the road .
