Should the Charge Control be able to be pushed in without taking off the hose? i did the test and got the same thing as "UAM" i believe it was...mine would already be out by the time i shut off my engine meaning it could be the check valve...now when i push the rod in with the line connected i hear the noise and found where its coming from but its right under the vaccum chamber....its the hose with the black cap on it and a filter inside of it....is this normal?
