Cautious with my next mod
Here's the deal, a couple of months ago I had my turbos "jetted" (I guess it's referring to holly jets) so I can add a third performance mod safely. Currently I'm running a DP, CB, and intake at 10 psi. I know that the stock ecu runs pig rich, and I don't want to get a Power FC yet. So my question is, are these jets dependable enough where I can add a high flow cat and not worry about boost going past 10 psi? Thanks in advance...I realize most people just get a boost controller, so I don't expect many responses but i'm hoping there is atleast someone that understands what I mean.
I ran a dp, hi-flo, cb and intake for a while on the stock ECU. I didn't have any problems keeping the boost at 10 PSI.
However, every car is different. Any of the aftermarket hi-flos should have enough backpressure to make boost controllable.

I ran a CAI, DP, HiFlo, and CB on a stock exhaust before. Previous owned did all that with a midpipe, on a stock ECU, no boost controller and my engine seemed fine. It died from coolant O-ring failure eventually though.
I currently have a SP, gutted main cat, and a CB exhaust. Stock ECU 10 psi and on a very cold day maybe 11 psi. I'am spcared to add an intake because I think it might shoot up. Also I do have a boost controller and no spikes whats so ever.
