My brother is 21 and drives a Z06 as well. He works full time and goes to school full time. Here's a picture of his car:

I'm a full time law student, but I also work part time as an IT Manager at a law firm which pays pretty well. I also have various piano "gigs" every month that pay upwards of $50/hour. I'm also the co-owner of a software development company that is just getting started, but that is still pulling in decent money. Needless to say, I'm not loaded. I receive very little support from my parents. I have worked hard in the past and continue to work hard to afford nice stuff.

Thats great man, im happy for you.

I wish it was that easy here up north where a condo just like yours will run up to 700-800k, how much was it down there? like 200k?? lol. I know how affordable it is to live in florida as i have many friends and some relatives down there so its pretty easy to afford the best things in life. Not saying you didnt earn it but i wish i would have moved down there when i had the chance. If things were as cheap up here as it is down south like NC or FL, ill have a modded FD, a monster supra and a viper all parked in my nice big 1 family home.

You guys talking about money are all punk bitches. Grow up and come to terms with the fact that some people manage money better than others. How did what money Alan has even come up anyway?

Alan, don't lower yourself too their level. No need to explain yourself to these retards. Anywho, nice to see you are back in the game. Car looks......just like it did when you sold it! Talk Snook (Yani) into getting rid of his C5 now too You are right about the fender, any body shop will be able to tuck that lip back in for you. Wonder how hard and fast he was cornering to pull it down.

Yeah but not up here.

Its more expensive to live in the tri-state area.

With my income now, i can easily have what alan has if i lived down there. But i dont, i live in an expensive area which is the tri-state. Like i said, the same exact condo he is living in will go for 3 maybe 4 times the amount alan paid for up by me. Thats how people can afford it down there.

Im just saying its more expensive up here, not calling alan a liar or putting him down. Im glad he got what he has, he seems like a hard worker.

Manage money better...lol

Yeah, generally people are paid much better in areas where the cost of living is higher as well to help compensate. But you're about right on the cost of the condo, we bought it for $208k less than a year ago and could probably turn around and sell it for $250k within a week if we wanted to. Real estate is pretty crazy here.
