CAS problems car won't start
My car's been having trouble starting, and when I check the code, crank angle sensor ne code 2 shows up. So I checked and saw the wires are barely connected by the connecter, after I reconnect them with new wires the car starts right up. And after three days starting up perfectly now the car won't start again so I check the codes and code 2 shows up again, so I check the wiring thinking I screwed up but nope. So what could be causing this, I am stuck.
There's something flaky with the wiring. You're gonna have to do a VERY solid repair job on those wires or replace the harness. The two crank pickups have a relatively low output, and any flakiness in the connection will cause problems.

Also along with what Dale has said, Make sure that teh new connectors you are using are NOT touching eachother inside the CAS.
Also make sure that you hold the wires back good. Zip ties or something. I had my OMP and CAS wires ripped off last week because i failed to zip-tie them back. They fell forwards and got caught on the trigger on the back of the main pulley. Shredded all the wires. Replaced them "again
" and this time zip-tied them back. All good.

what is the likelyhood of CAS itself is broken. I just took off every to get to the CAS, and I even solder the connections, and still doesn't work. Where can I find the wiring harness? all I can find online is the CAS.
