Car's acting funny...lower oil pressure, lower idle, and stalling
Hey guys. Wondering if you could help me out with an issue I'm having. My car normally idles high at about 1500rpm's or so, and I thought my oil pressure was higher, but it's hard to tell because my car's usually idling higher.
But yesterday I was driving my car and it was idling around 1000rpm's. I checked the oil and found that it was about a quarter down on the dip stick (from full). So, I added a quarter of a quart and continued to drive around. Then, I went to go watch the Pistons game and I come back to start the car probably about a half hour later and it starts right up and these guys were asking me about it. Then after about two minutes, it just stalled. Any ideas??? I would say my oil pressure was at about 25 psi. Not sure if that would have any connection at all, but thanks a lot in advance! I really appreciate your help,
Craig

What are your mods? Or is it completely stock? If it's stock, it should idle at ~7-800 RPM. Why was it idling at 1500 before? Need more info to aid diagnosis.
25 psi oil pressure at 1000 sounds about normal for a warm engine.

I really don't have a clue - too many things could cause this - bad fuel, bad fuel pressure, bad O2 sensor, many other things that I'm no expert on. So I am just trying to get as many clues as possible so someone can help.
Did it run rough before stalling, did it gradually slow down, or was it idling smoothly at a constant 1000RPM and just quit?
