I'm in the process of getting a deal done with a carbon fiber company that are currently supply a lot of the hoods your see in the market today. I understand the prices has to be competative and the products has to be well made. Anything else i should made?

I'd like to see the following in Carbon Fiber (which is not any harder to work with than fiberglass, actually).
Complete dash (long-shot on this one)
Center tunnel peice with the shift boot
Same thing with relocated HVAC controls
Replacement panel for HVAC controls that holds standard sized guages.
Steering column guage mount.

Unpainted, may be a bit too reflective though.

If you go for Carbon Fiber in your interior then it should be subtle. Too much CF throws off the balance of schematics. Maybe a CF ashtray, and gauge cluster. I think that doing the area around the shifter and AC controls would be a little to over the top. Again, these are just my opinions so do what you like. Remember "Everything in moderation"

I think a carbonfiber front lip would be too brittle. I have the 99 style and it scrapes on the occasional driveway and I am sure it takes the occasional hit from rocks and other such things thrown up on the road. Carbonfiber is strong and all but a front lip has to have some felxability. Just my opinion

It shatters from what I've read.

Yeah, it shatters. Ever wonder why F1 cars turn into 3.887464^6 million toothpicks when they collide with a wall? It's because they're carbon fiber.
I would LOVE to see a CF gauge cluster, the plastic portion that actually faces the driver. If someone were going to manufacture this, I would also like for the opening of the gauge cluster to be created in such a way as to facilitate the aftermarket gauges like I installed in my car. I would gladly replace the plastic piece I had to modify with a CF piece made to fit.
I think that making the bonnet out of CF would make too much glare, but the gauge cluster itself would look pretty tight.
It would be even better, IMHO if someone were to make this part out of brushed aluminum. But that's for another thread, I guess.
