I bought a carbon fiber hood from import fan it's called a scoot hood (ram air intake on the front and vents behind it) . I bought this hood and it doesn't fit and was wondering if anyone has had problems with this company or this hood.
Their trying to give me the run around saying i have to adjust this or move that. the freaking hood rests on the intake manifold and doesn't close.
Any help please.

Do you have a "strut tower bar"? EIther the stock one or an aftermarket one. I don't know anything about that hood specifically, but if it is low it might be hitting the bar. Removing the bar might eliminate the problem.

I removed strut tower bar still doesn't close. The gaps are monsterous. well over a half inch between bumper , headlights and fenders. Import fan is saying it's my fault saying that my car has been in some kind of accident. I have a degree in auto body and i work at eaton-inoac making oem spoilers for the new pontiac, ford, toyota , nissan and mazda. It's not my fault. This is a defective hood.

Report them to BBB and BBB will contact them for you. Or you can call your credit card company to file a dispute. Good luck!
Next time, purchase from a company that makes quality products. Don't settle for cheap quality parts even though they are dirt cheap.

They have to be a member of the BBB to give a crap. Unfortunetly, if they are already giving you the run around, you're probably screwed. That's why whenever I by crap for my FD, I make sure that other FD owners have purchaced from them and that their stuff is quality. There's too much knock-off **** out there.

It's funny but they are a member of BBB. Just go to the BBB website and do a serach on either import fan or GTP (same company).

GTP is one of the worst places to buy body parts from. Nothing ever fits right, its cheap quality and they are the most unprofessional business I have dealt with it the import scene (and thats saying A LOT). This is actual experience with their S14-S15 front fender conversions, and my friend's front bumper for an SW20.
I had a bad experience with this company also... i purchased (2 pairs = 2 lefts and 2 rights) replacement lens for my cwest headlight covers. When it arrived at my house, I opened it and saw only 1 pair. I called them immediately and they gave me the run around also... they said the warehouse manager deals with complaints and he will be back in a few days. I waited a few days and still no phone call or email so I decided to write a letter and sending it to all the people on their website. I basically said what chuck mentioned... report them to the BBB and within a few hours they called me saying they will send me my missing pair. Importfans' customer service sucks and no one ever picks up the phone.
