Are the any carb legal intakes besides the HKS one available for the FD?

I searched and found some refrence to RS Akimoto, but called them and they said they didn't carry the part.

Second whats the cheapest place to buy the HKS intake? Anything cheaper than $247 from:

get the Adam C airbox kit. do a search under cheep bastard air box mod. you will find plenty of info. and yes its smog legal since you use the stock box they will not know its upgraded.

I will do a search thanks for the reply. My issue is mostly that I'm installing an REW engine into an FC and getting it reffed smog legal. I have seen the stock FD box, and can't immagine it fitting.

Just install or borrow the HKS intakes for the test. Any of the box intakes should also work (rx7fashion, M2, SR, etc).

49 state legal according to pettit (called them today)
