CARB Approval for M2 Intake and Intercooler

Does anybody know if the M2 intercooler and cold air box is CARB approved. I went to a test only facility in nConcord who informed me that a customer had CARB approval he downloaded in the the internet. This will save me from swapping the OEM parts back for a CA Visual Smog test.

thanks. Anybody know where I could go in the Bay Area, test only facility, who won't trip on seeing polished aluminum stuf under the hood such as the M2 box and intercooler.

Bernard's at the Airway Blvd offramp on I-580 in Livermore. The guy there is really cool, but no guarantees.
