After deflooding the car it still wont start up for me. The car has been sitting for a year now. Compression on the motor is fine. My spark plugs have been changed last year. I cant seem to find what is cause it not to fire up. It canks but doesnt seem to want to run.

sounds like what happened to me.
did you do anything to the car before you left it to sit?

check:
clutch switch
security switch/relay
fuel pump (use the diagonosis box and jump the FP and GND and put key in on position then listen to the rear)
also check the CEL signals. use the diag box. and jump the TEN and GND. then look at the blinking lights. meanings are at http://www.rx7city.com/ecucodes.htm

what was wrong with my starting problem was pulley belt tension... i didnt figure that out until i gave up on thinking it was electronical and changed/checked every piece of wiring.


also.. ppl will be asking for more information. so be clear on how/when it stopped. and what have u done before/after the event.
