hi everyone just to let you all know first off.. i DID search anyway i know this is a somewhat common paroblem but my car wont start. ive checked for fuel pressure.. its ok i had the injectors cleaned and flow tested. i checked the spark plugs for spark by grounding them and letting them zap my uim. and my compression is at 90 all the way around. so basically i checked all the starting elements. when i use starting fluid it started but it made a wierd whining noise so i shut it off really quickly. big ***** of smoke were coming out of my exhaust and from the upper uim area. since then ive deflooded my engine and added 2 cycle and a little bit of PB blaster into the leading holes for better compression.. anyone have any clues as to whats going on? you help is appreciated thanks

 

does it sound like its firing when it tries to start? has it ever started? what happened when it stopped starting? have you hcecked for fault codeS?

 

theres no code the check engine light stays on but turned off when the engine started.. its on agian but shows no real code. what does "firing" sound like? i think i hear like a put put out of the exhaust of that means anything..

Well for starters your compression numbers are low. But i would imagine it should still run. Have you made sure your map sensor is plugged inn?

oh i know that sensor.. even with that sensor loose (which its not) it should still be able to start. it isnt exactly unheard of for 90 to start...
