My Guages And Head Lights Are Surging At Idle And At Every Speed. I Have Checked All The Grounds And I Didnt See Anything Wrong With Them I Also Checked The Alt. And Bat. Both Were Tested Fine. What Else Could It Be? Is There Something That I Missed? Thanks.

 

Take the car (if you can't do it yourself) and get the charging system tested. If you have a volt meter, take a reading at idle, it should be over 13 volts with just the engine on at a minimum. It could be a lot of things, loose alt belt, skewed alternator, connection, skewed battery (sulfated/high resistance). I would get it repaired, surging voltages not the best thing in a temperamental engine package.
