I set the f/c rpm settings to something around 1450-1500rpm.

My car had the same problem. We found a couple problems, fixed them and now she is purring like the happy kitten she is.
1.) Crack in the plastic intake pipe.
2.) Bad 02 sensor.
3.) Loose spark plug wire.
It could be any of these three but after we did all this, it is idling perfectly with no dips to stall.

I bumped up the water temp correction settings 2 clicks for the +50 and +80 on both the high and low settings. so here are what they are now:

+80 1.0 1.0
+50 1.10 1.04
+30 1.28 1.25
+10 1.57 1.50
-10 2.01 1.87
-30 2.81 2.57

Are these safe? I had no stalling problems this morning , hopefully it will continue to be this way.

did that two I lowered my settings since it was bumped up to high and stalling problem now gone..
