my car seems to be making boost but it is not going any faster it actually feels as if the turbos arenot engaging but on the gauge it is making boost and i hear the turbos spooling need help

 

How much boost are you seeing on the gauge? On a stock car, you should have a 10psi-8psi-10psi boost pattern. Have you done a tuneup on the car, especially spark plugs?

its that the same in a automatic as well

 

sounds like a classic vacuum leak.

 

Low compression would also be a factor.

 

do you have an ignition amp? if so, check to make sure that it is functioning properly. if it has crapped out then you may only be running on your trailing plugs. check your coils, verify that you have spark to all 4 plugs.
