Car running on one rotor I think

This Q would be for anyone that has experince this before last week I turned my car on it had been sitting for a while maybe two weeks since I had last started it. so anyways the battery was drain so i put it on the charger. It was taking to long so I use the jump start function on the charger and it took a while for it to start up. When it did the engine sounded different not as loud as before and it took a long time for the engine to warm up.
So to anyone that their engine has ran on one rotor what where the symptoms? the sounds? and how did you fix it? I live in the sacramento CA area and where is there a good shop to take it too?
Could I drive it on one rotor?
I did search the post for the answer but was not able to find it

check your ignition system and fuel system first before assuming a blown motor

makes the car shake a little, if you have a boost guage your vac will fluctuate, and it sounds a little like a diesel truck.

My 1st thought is that one rotor is flooded (plugs fouled) from the starting problems. Search for flooding to find a solution.
