Okay here is the deal, the car feels like she pulls pretty hard but when it gets into the range that the second turbo kicks in she feels slugish. So could my second turbo be going bad? If so how can I check it? The other problem is that I just had a fuel service done to the car and now it idols at 1200 instead of 800 and gives a chug or a pop when ideling. Could any of these things be the reason that the car feels slow?

 

What does your boost guage read?
It could be a number of things, including a clogged cat that shows up worse at high RPM's worse than it does down low.

 

I dont know what the boost read because I am waiting for mine to arrive. I will check out the cats thou.

It's pretty tough to check the secondary turbo. You'll have to take everything off, and feel in with your fingers for any shaft play. It's most likely something lesser than you turbo just giving out. 1200 RPM's is a pretty high idle, what kind of fuel service did you have done. Injectors cleaned or replaced etc. etc?
