Car idles at 1500 RPM

There are no vacuum leaks at all, i just got done with a 5 spd swap. I took it out saturday night and she would idle down occasionally but the would go back up to 1500 RPM's... Anything i should check for.. btw i elminated the TB coolant line...

Look at the TPS....vacume line may have popped off.
