Car crapped out...Need Help!!!

Just got my Power FC last Friday. Very happy with it except for the intermittent AC.

Anyhoot, to the story. I was messing around with the WG duty on the boost settings to see what would make it produce the most stable boost. Finally adjusted it around 60 and 70% and drove around getting 12-13PSI at times. Then all of the sudden, the car wimped out. It generatse boost on the 1st turbo but only 6 or 7 psi, then when it gets to 3k rpms or so, there's no boost, and then boost comes on again around 4200rpms but again only 6 or 7 psi. I don't know enough about to turbo system to diagnose the problem but it seems like one of the flappers on the double doors isn't working. Can the get stuck?

I've done a lot of the vacuum lines and zip tied them but not then ones that were really hard to get. According to the PFC, I get around 400-420mmHg at idle. What could this be? I have a stock IC, Injectors, turbos, and fuel pump. Any clue what went wrong?

I think it might be the charge control valve. It looked like it was open when I was looking around but I can't remember if the car was still on at the time.

Actually, I have a set on order with Jason(RX7Store) but they're back ordered. How was the quality of the ones you got? Did everything fit right?
