Banzai-Racing got it. Back rotor had a slightly stuck seal, compression was low there. I got my startup tune, poured some ATF fluid in the motor to lube the seals, push started the car and she started right up. Ran for a few and then the seal loosened itself up and compression is good again.

Also, battery is completely dead.
