car covers...Any opinions?

Getting drenched here in N. Cal need to buy a new cover for my car. Anyone out there recommend one. I've looked at a lot of brands but can't figue out which. It needs to be waterproof yet breathable. Would be nice if it could be washed.

You could check out www.carcoversdirect.com . They also, have a PDF that gives you info on what suites your needs, and answers all of your questions.

If you have a spoiler. You can choose custom and have one with or w/o one. Prices seem to be a bit high, but if you do a google search for "rx7 car cover" you will find a lot similar to the site listed above. The prices are a little lower also.

I am also in search of a car cover, since my 7 sits outside a lot. I think I am going to go with this brand, unless I find something better.

I'm quite happy with the one I bought from California Car Cover Co. I got it in the blue Noah fabric.

Whatever you do, don't buy one from Wal Mart.

I bought their expensive model and a couple minutes after putting it on the car, I started to smell something burning. My muffler melted it!!

Yah, definitely make sure you don't pull it over the muffler until it's cool, no matter where you get it from. All covers will melt or burn in this situation.
