My *** car is giving me problems. From time to time the idle will drop fairly low and I will stall it out moving a low speed. ( parking lot or gas station for example) However it is very hard to restart and acts like it is flooded. I have to crank it for a minute and then get the put put put. It always starts cold OK so I don't think its a fuel leak. I don't know. Of course when I had the car at the shop last week it behaved very well. I think it is trying to kill me

Crap it's a newly rebuilt motor I got the upgraded O rings too. My car does smoke a little but I think it is the turbos wearing out. coolant level stays the same.

Oh yeah, The car doesn't really stall on it's own I do it by not getting the revs up. It does however seem that the car strugles a bit sometimes to wind up.

Just to rule it out I'd get a compression test and make sure they didnt give you a bad motor.
what color is the smoke? blue or white? Does it rev nice and smooth at high rpms while under boost?
What mods do you have?

I'm a CF and poop smith
check the injectors, i think it could be a leaking one. if one were not closing all the way, it could produce your symptoms

P.S. you might wanna also check you spark plugs and wires just for fun.
