Can't find grounding location...

Hey everyone I need some help here. I'm down to the last few things on my engine rebuild and I'm stumped. I've done searches and fiddled for hours and must be overlooking something. Where exactly does this ground go to?

It's not a ground but the positive that go on the fuse/relay box

that connection goes to the egr valve.. unless your car is a cali car it is left unplugged.

i figured it was for something my car didn't have. there's only so far it can reach
