Finally got my car back, and I'm 80% sure the TPS is shot (as is the guy that built my car) however I want to confirm my thoughts with your opinions before I splurge and drop another 250 bucks I don't have.

This is on a fresh rebuild with new injectors, afm, and plugs.

Issues are as follows:
- Car runs fine under full/partial throttle as long as I run in vacuum. Once I go into positive vacuum/boost it runs too choppy and doesnt accelerate (seems like its flooding)
- Car idles at 1500, but there is a pretty massive streetport on the engine. However sometimes you'll hear the brppp-brppp-brpppp sound from the exhaust followed by a prolonged brppppppppppppppppp sound. Hmmmmm
- Car is getting around 6 MPG.

Temps and pressure look fine on the car.

have you tested the TPS or adjusted it? or are you just shotgunning the problem till its fixed?

the latter. i dont really have time to test and tune since i work a million hours a week.

 

Is it back firing when you get into boost? Sounds like limp mode to me. See what codes if any the car is throwing and start from there.
