i havent touched the car. The car was flooded (water) in a typhoon here.

Everything is back to better than before specs except for this problem.

"Open the diagnostics port in the engine bay. Connect TEN and GND with a link. If you have a fast voltage meter, you can read the voltage on the FEN pin on the diags connector. i had once secondary unplugged too, but that sounded way different, just wouldnt go pass 4-4.5K
