can you use stock seatbelts with an aftermarket seat?

can you use stock seatbelts with an aftermarket seat?
i don't have a rollbar and don;t want to put one in...just want to use my stock seatbelts. if i go with a aftermarket bucket seat can I still use my seatbelts? is it safe to do that?

Yes you can use them and it's alright to do as long as everything is properly mounted and done right.
