Can You Use An Aftermarket Waistgate With The Stock Twins
No. The wastegate for the stockers is "internal" to the turbos. If you are talking about an aftermarket "Blow off valve", the thing that makes that cool sound. Don't waste your money, they work fine and they are free. You can make the stock BOV's sound much louder by simply venting them to the engine bay.
The waste gate is build in to the turbo not added on. All is not lost, you can port the hole to 1.24 inches or put the prespool door in the wastegate position. The prespool door is 1/10 inch bigger, and open the hole even bigger.Or you can make a new door even bigger, and port the hole to 1.38 with a good amount of door to hole coverage (seal) .

1. Port the wastegate
2. Add restriction to the exhaust
In simple, no. If you are experiencing boost creep, a boost controller will not control it. However, a boost controller will control "boost spikes".
