Yes,
I've passed w/ following:

Intake/IC
DP, HiFlow, PFS Catback
PFS Purple 'puter, on "low" with no special tuning.

Make sure the car is fully warm.
I let the fuel get pretty low (just enough for the test) and added 4 cans of dry gas (its just alcohol). Passed by a mile. Filled the tank right after.

 

I've heard all you need to pass all your smog tests is the $20 mod.

 

And what exactly is this $20 mod?

Keep in mind that in AZ the tester facilities are state run.
