can you buy a hedder for a 3rdgen

Okay, for those who like to edumacate, rather than insulate...
You can't have a 'header' for a 3rd gen. A header goes on a naturally aspirated car. Like a Honda Civic, that you can buy a header for. Or any NA RX-7, like a 1st or 2nd gen. On a turbocharged car, such as the 3rd generation RX-7, it's simply called a turbo manifold. And there isn't an aftermarket high flow manifold for the stock twins, really. You'd have to go full single conversion to get an aftermarket manifold, which is $$$^2
