NPR intercooler install help.
I have an NPR intercooler, the smaller one. I am trying to figure out the best way to mount this up front. I have searched with no result, only people saying how well it fits. The bumper is off, still cannot find the best configuration. I am prepared to do the fabrication of whatever is necessary, but some direction would help tremendously.
Do I need to move the radiator? looks like that may be necessary to get the 2 2.5 inch pipes through.
Thanks

Not sure how other have done it. But here is how mine was put in.
I used a dremmel to cut part of the frame (a hole) matching the inlet and outlet position. The bumper has to be removed. The bumper cover needs some minor trimming.
The ic is attached by using a screw clip (available at autoparts stores or home depot).

Trexthe3rd, did you modify the end tanks at all? The picture you posted on 2/08/02 of the engine bay are nice. I can see how where you modified the frame rails, but underneath I am not sure how you made the turn. Do you have any other pics of the install?
