can this triggerwheel be saved/used?

finally got my main pulley and triggerwheel in the mail... and the mail managed to fark it up bigtime..Some douchebags in the mailtransport have thrown around on the unit, and bent the triggerwheel...
Can this be bent back again and used without risking engine failure? I dunno how sensitive the triggerpickups are on the wheel and distance to it...

I called them, tried to stay calm and productive, but i completely lost it when they tried to blaim poor wrapping.... It was a damn bubblewrapped package..! And this is 2mm thick STEEL, not grandmoms finest china...!

You may be able to straighten it.

Keep in mind though the Mazda spec for clearance is 1mm. I would try to source another straight one.

Was the package in a box or was it just shipped in bubble wrap?

Not at all. Grab a new one. It's not worth trying to make it work.

Don't use it. You should be able to find a used one cheap...even shipped to Norway.

Even the stock OE wheels are off by alot. Was really surprised when I put a couple wheels on a rotary table how the teeth could be off by 0.050" or so which was around a 1.5 deg if I remember right.
