Can it be the oil pressure regulator???

I have about 20psi when cold at idle and then drops to 10psi when warm. Also when the car is cold I get up to 80+psi, but then when it warms up it doesn't go past 60psi. ARRRRRR Can it be the pressure regulator??? or the Sender?? I changed the oil twice in one week!!! Money down the drain. I finally put in 15w50 with one subsitution of on quart, with Lucus oil. It only raised the pressure at idle about 5psi. Thats why I'm questioning the regulator. But before I go through the troblem of removing the pan, I would like to know if someone else has encured this situation before. What should I do, what should I check???

Thanks Diego

It's probably just the sender. Clean up the connection really well and try again. If that fails, replace the sender before going any further. People have trouble with them all the time.
