Can I remove the unused connectors on my wiring harness?

I have a PFC and I'm converted to non-sequential twins. My stock harness is in pretty bad shape and instead of trying to buy a brand new one Im thinking about hunting down some good clips to replace the few of mine that are broken and making myself a whole new harness. In doing so can I just eliminate the unused connectors that are now just laying under my UIM?

Why not leave them? You may decide to return the car to sequential at a later date, perhaps if you sell the car at some point.

no. im not selling the car. if anything i'll go single in the future. reason to take them out is they look ugly, they get in the way, and most are in bad condition and broken, so they're pretty useless even if i did want to keep them.

I would recommend NOT cutting up the wiring harness. I have a friend who said the same thing last year. This year he is trying to figure out what wires went where as he is going back to sequential (as well as going to a Pettit ECU after selling his PFC).

To answer your question, with the PFC, you can cut the unused connectors off.....
