can I put my new intake in w/o probs?

My new streetported motor just got put in last week and I recently received my A'pexi intake system, so I wanna put that baby in there soon. Although, I'm thinking it wouldn't be smart to force more air into my engine when it's already not getting a sufficient amount of fuel to complement the amount of air it's getting. Would it be safe for me to throw my new intake on anyway? My only other performance mod is a catback.

You know I'd get the management system first. Since you're gonna go ***** out with mods anyway I'm assuming, get the comp first so you don't have to worry about it later. Then start bolting on at will

Well, the thing is that all of the fuel stuff (E6K, bigger fuel pump/injectors, fuel press. reg.) is next on my list (next month) and I'm just wondering if I can throw the new intake on and be done with it. I don't know how lean I would run though and I unfortunately don't have any gauges to give me an idea of where I am right now. Waiting poses no risk at all, but alas, waiting is such sweet sorrow.

You're very insightful! Gauges are in the shipping process right now.

RX-7 Store. It took quite a while for it to get to me, but you just can't beat the price for it, so it was worth the wait.
