Improved FD

still trying to diagnose a problem, fuel pump pressure goes to zero almost immediately in high speed mode, car runs for a short time in low pump speed mode...I tested the pump by jumpering the diagnostic box and everything is good, the fuel pump and circuit relay were also replaced and they are ok, and the resistor checks out ok...when I jumper the resistor the pressure immediately falls off from 40 psi when I start the car but re-setting the ignition re-primes the pump and it comes back to 40....I'm thinking there must be a short, but just wanted to be sure the EGI relay would not be a potential problem
