A/C system removal (I searched)

My a/c has not worked since the day I bought my rx7. This past Spring I removed the condenser from the car to have 1 less thing blocking airflow through the radiator. I just capped the lines & ty-wrapped them out of the way for the rest of the driving season. Now the car is in in hibernation mode for the winter & I am removing the a/c system firewall forward. I want to remove the A/C pump & still retain the power steering for now.

My question is do they make a dummy pulley to put in it's place (like they have for the air pump) or is it fin to run a shorter belt? I know that running shorter belts can put strain on the e-shaft & I do not want to do that. I haven't really been finding a dummy pulley though. I did find shorter belts from Banzai-Racing (belt #5). Is that the way to go or am I missing another option?

Thanks for the help & sorry for another thread asking this question. I just didn't find the answer I was looking for exactly.

Running a shorter belt for the power steering only does not put strain on the e-shaft.
