A/C Help Needed

So my recirculation button on the A/C panel is not working. The vent is stuck in open so Im getting hot air from the outside all the time. Anyone know what could be causing theses problem? Everything else works fine. I would like to know the location of the vent to see if i can manually close it. Thanks in advance.

Check the schematics for troubleshooting the air recirc logic. Then go from there. Have you done any work under the dash?

There's a motor that moves that recirc flap. It's not common for it to have issues, though.

It's either going to be something with the switch, the motor, or the vent flap is physically stuck. The shop manual should have troubleshooting procedures. I think you can get to a lot of it with removing the glove box.
