FL A/C Gurus -- Compressor Clutch ??

we have a new compressor and when I look at the front of it, it doesn't seem to be moving. Maybe I'm confused about the "clutch" action, but I thought the front or inner part would be turning IF the compressor is engaged.

If it is not engaged, what should I check? The controls "light" up, which I thought meant it's getting power. Could a fuse be blown and still get lighted controls?

Thanks for any input.

Front part will turn with the pulley when the clutch is engaged.

Fuse was blown. So, evidently you Can have the a/c panel lights all working but still have a fuse issue.

thanks
