Buying these mods tomorrow opinions?

Buying a Pettit Upgrade ECU, ASI Billet AST, and paying off my 6 month insurance which is 704$.

The little left over I have is going into my raidator fund.

Opinions please.

Mods on car now:

Boost gauge
Turbo Timer
Downpipe
Legal High-Flo Cat

What are your plans for the car? The Apexi Power FC is much more adaptable to future changes for your car.

Boost controller and cat back exhaust should be on your Christmas list.

Not really going big with the car only going to buy a intake system from Tripoint and then I am done. After buying these 2 mods tomorrow I am then buying these mods in this order:

Enfi Y-Pipe
Raidator w/ Redline Water Wetter
Upgraded Oil Coolers
Upgraded Intercooler
Upgraded Clutch
Boost Controller
Silicone Vacuum Hose Kit, Installed by Tripoint
Upgraded Battery

After that I am done and going to exterior

That was my plan too, but it didn't last very long. Go fast goodies are quite addicting. Help I can't stop!

Change my mind -=) actually holding out on the Pettit ECU and instead buying a boost controller Greddy Profec B and keeping the boost @ 10psi until I grab some more money. Since I am holding out on the ECU I am now buying a Fluidyne Radiator. Having all my parts installed by Tripoint setting up my apointment tomorrow with Mark -=].

So the mods being put on next week should be:
Greddy Profec B
ASI AST
Enfi Y Pipe w/ crossover
Fluidyne Radiator w/ Redline Water Wetter

Sound good?

I would go with a PFC w/o a commander rather than a pettit ecu. The pfc has a bunch of advantages over modified stock ecus like the pettit: 16bit vs 8bit, better seq transition and boost control, the ability to adjust your fan temps, plus lots and lots of features that you will appreciate, and in many cases need, down the road.

The PFC totally changed the character of my car. It's much smoother AND faster under all conditions. It's one of the best mods for the buck that I have purchased.

You owe it to your car to drive a FD equipped with a PFC before making a decision
