Buying FD3 Help

I have been looking at FD3's for about 6 months and have done my homework for the most part.

I have found one in a garage and the guy doesn't know too much about the car itself.

Please tell me what I should be looking for or what tests I need to get done.
It is a good buy for the money, if everything checks out.

Some Kid who was in infront of me wanted to know how many cylinders it had.

Here, look at this.

Tests that need to be done and qustions that need to be asked.

Compression test.
Coolant leak down test.
How many miles are on it?
Does it have any reliability mods?

Last but not least, have a rotary show do a full inspection on it so you know what you are potentially getting into.

It was a bit rough idling from cold but once at temp it was smooth.

It has a turbo timer and SS system. that was all we could see.
Relatively stock. Bit shabby looking but nothing a good polish and vacuming couldn't fix.

I have a mechanic friend coming to look with me tommorrow.
Just need to give him an idea of what he should be looking for that is different on rotary.
