Buying an FD

Hi all,

Just after a bit of advice. Im almost ready to buy a 96 FD Bathurst X edition.
Cars seems pretty shmick except for an exhaust light that comes on when the car is started? What does this mean? And any other tips of what to look out for?

Cheers,

-Liam

Read the stickies at the top of this section. They will give you a good start on all the things you should check out prior to purchasing an FD.

There's a heat sensor under the passenger side seat that lets you know when the cat is too hot, all warning lights should come on when started then go out if all is well. This would be for the US models, the cat may be under the drivers side on a RH drive car but would still apply.
