ummm he's in japan so you might end up getting a newer model one that will not work on yours..... i have seen that happen before.... you specificly say 93 and they think its all the same and you get one that doesnt work....

but by all means try it and let us know what happens be careful though!

You are better off spending a little more buying it from the US vendors in case you need warranty. I just sold a brand new PFC and it was not working when customer installed it on his car. The customer returned it and I replaced it with a new one. If the one you got from overseas is bad, I don't think he will replace it for you.

If you really want that one, I'd Paypal only with using a Credit Card. That way you could charge it back if something happened or fell through.

I asked the seller last week and this was his response...

"I order everything directly from apexi, so the factory warranty would be through apexi japan. Right now the wait for the older model (Z004) RX7 is about 3 days from the facotry. It is the most current model apexi produces."

Just a hassle being overseas I guess.

The numbers on the box reads 414AZ0004, the rest is tough to read. I saw this earlier and pushed my buddy to buy it. There will be more, I saw three or so last week on EBay. Price is good though for both the commander and the power fc. I would call/email him and get more pictures of the numbers (readable) and also the program versions from him. Then buy it.

The correct part # for the PFC 12/91 - 11/95 FD3S should be 414-Z002.

One too many zeros, sorry. And I think the A is just a place holder for the dash?

I'd be leary of this. The saving is really not that much. Two years ago I bought a PFC from rx7.com (an authorized Apexi dealer) and it was defective. After inspection by Apexi, I was given another one.
