Question Burning Rubber???

Guys, anyone come across a burning smell from the rear end after hard driving - it smells like scorched rubber, and seems to be more from the exhaust box side, so am assuming there's something touching something it shouldn't?

Oh and I'm in a pickle - I've just got two dogs, and they ain't gonna fit in the back of the RX - what to do.....

check the plastic trim at the bottom of the rear bumper just over the exhaust tips. Mine have actually melted to the exhaust because of the extreme heat....and the flames
Please don't put the dogs in the 7. If you have to then you can remove some of the stuff from the rear and depending on what size dogs we are talking about, you should be able to fit them in there.
