A bunch of electrical questions...

1- Can Anyone who had their stock steering wheel airbag off tell me how and where the orange-blue connector sits between the wheel and airbag module?
There are a couple of metal clips inside the wheel which I'm guessing somehow holds the orange-blue connector in place but I can't get the airbag module to sit flush with the connector situated there. See pic below. I originally had a custom wheel + adapter so the OEM stuff is a new install and a bit of a mystery.

2- Has anyone come across instructions for checking all the airbag sensors with a tester before connecting the module to power ? I have heard you need to do this to avoid deployment from a damaged sensor but can't find the instructions.

3- Does anyone have tips on seperating these orange blue connectors without breaking them (see pics below)? I'm aware of the release tab levers on each, but have had no success with either and these appear to be somewhat brittle. (I have seen too many of these broken) The manuals don't really describe a method
other than pushing the release lever while pulling on the opposite connector.
Looks like the orange one has to come off first in order to pull the blue connector release lever outwards.... ? but orange one won't move.

4- Has anyone come across instructions for replacing the front harness? ...or has anyone replaced theirs? Other than the urethane nose and inner fender liners, what else has to come off for the swap? Pop up lights ? inner bumper ? How many hours are involved ?
I'm trying to decide between soldering damaged underdash sections of the front harness already in place or doing it right from the start, and swapping in my good front harness now.

To anyone who has had experiences with any of the above and can help,
Thanks !
